1. Campaign Duration

   • This promotion is valid exclusively for payments made between 1st August 2026 and 16th September 2026.
      

2. Eligibility & Scope​

   • This promotion is valid for first-time customers only. It is not applicable to customers with an existing active service contract with Ecocare Pest Control Sdn Bhd.

   • This RM69 promotional rate is valid strictly for Residential Properties (e.g., single-storey landed homes, condominium units, and apartment units) up to 2,800 sqft. Commercial properties are excluded. 

   • An additional RM20 will be charged for every 500 sqft (or part thereof) exceeding 2,800 sqft.

   • Service consists of a one-time General Pest Control Treatment (for crawling insect only) utilizing the odourless residual spraying method and includes a free termite inspection.
      

3. Treatment Validity & Scheduling

   • Treatment appointments under this promotion are available from 6 August 2026 onwards and must be completed on or before 30 November 2026, subject to schedule availability (extensions may be granted if fully booked).

   • Customers may propose their preferred treatment dates. Final schedule confirmation will be provided by the EcoCare scheduling team based on availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.
      

4. Payment & Cancellation Policy

   • Full payment of RM69 must be settled within the campaign period (1st Aug 2026 – 16th Sept 2026) to lock in the promotional rate, and your booking will be confirmed once payment is made.

   • Payment must be made via online banking to CIMB ISLAMIC account 8600328370 (Ecocare Pest Control Sdn Bhd), and proof of payment must be sent to +6012-353 3859 to confirm your booking.

   • Payments made are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer.
      

5. General Terms

   • EcoCare Pest Control & Hygiene Services reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Service results may vary depending on the level of infestation, housekeeping practices, surrounding environmental conditions, and the customer's compliance with the technician's recommendations.

This is a one-time treatment service. No complimentary follow-up is included, any additional or requested treatment required after completion will be chargeable separately.
