About the Role
• Prepare technical documents, including Analysis Reports and Pest Inspection Reports, for premises complying with food safety standards.
• Deliver high-quality technical reports and effective solutions to customers and internal teams within the stipulated timelines.
• Identify, assess, and resolve technical and operational issues related to pest management, including client complaints.
• Provide pest awareness training to customers and assist in preparing training materials and programs for new recruits in the pest control division.
• Support the operations team in special tasks and large-scale projects.
• Assist the sales team with technical expertise when required.
• Ensure availability of chemicals, equipment, and materials necessary to support field operations.
• Provide guidance to clients and field crews on environmentally responsible pest control practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Science or equivalent, preferably majoring in Entomology or Vector Control.
Possess a valid D driving license and own a car for mobility to field sites.
Strong foundational knowledge of pest biology, ecology, and control methods.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and teams.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently to various field sites and work in outdoor environments.
Proficient in technical report writing and data analysis.
Experience or exposure to pest control operations is an advantage.
Professional certifications in pest management or related fields will be an added benefit.
